Thank you for sourcing a sink that no one else could find in the required time frame plus arranging delivery within 24 hours. You saved the day! We had been let down by another supplier and had our granite template and fitting arranged but no sink. All enquiries to other suppliers promised delivery within 2 weeks but you managed 24 hours and at a competitive price too.

I would like to leave some feedback on the service I have received your from company.
From placing the order to delivery I have been greatly impressed with the service I have received. It was great to speak to the sales lady who was knowledgeable about the products and advised me of the process for confirming my order through to delivery. Everything happened as she said it would. I was advised step by step about my order even down to the delivery time which was a one hour slot and it arrived during that time. The sink and tap were excellent quality as was the service I received. Thank you.

In particular, we really appreciated the time taken by your salesperson on the telephone with us to pin down the exact strainer/plug we needed for our sink. He was very knowledgeable, personable and very patient with me! A pleasure and a real change from the anonymous world of consumer ‘services’ we now so often endure.

May I take this opportunity to express my sincerest thanks for your efforts on Monday.
To source me a tap that had been discontinued and no more stock existed was customer service at it’s best!
In these days where the easy thing to do is to say that nothing can be done, it is so gratifying to find a person within an organization who is prepared to put themselves out to assist and –even better –to have the knowledge to find what is required!!

The plumber came back yesterday and fitted the sink and taps and they are absolutely wonderful. The fittings with the sink were wrong, something about not having an overflow or something (I was at work so not privy to these discussions, and I don’t care) it is absolutely brilliant. You were so right about the taps. I know I found your firm totally by chance clicking around on the internet, but what a lucky find it was. I am so impressed by your knowledge, care and kindness. I think if it were not for you and your company, I would have a bucket in the corner instead of a sink! I have the name of a carpenter who will re-site the hinge so I can have a door on again rather than the open-plan look. I just wanted to express my gratitude as I think that people are quick to moan, but slow to praise and I really cannot thank you enough for the level of service and support received.
I might have to start a fan club!

Comment: When I normally read customers reports/comments on products and service it is always in the back of my mind they are created by marketing members of that company.
I can assure you this communication is not so.
I purchased a Carron ceramic Coral sink some 5 years ago from this Company and when it developed a crack I thought I would have problems getting a replacement , particulary after my first sounding out conversation with the manufacturers.
But I am pleased to report that despite some manufacturers issues MIKE at KS&TD has come up trumps and arranged a brand new replacement sink for me.
I am delighted ( and amazed ) at the level of customer service from Mike and his Company considering at this stage I was not even purchasing anything from their business. To receive Emails -telephone updates on the replacement from him on a regular basis was so unusual from a supplier these days..
Have encouraging to find that good old fashioned After Sales Service is still around......I thought it had gone for ever.
