Hi, I am writng to thank-you both for your "can do" attitiude when we met at your house on Monday. My 1810 sink arrived today as promised less then 24hrs after ordering allowing me to continue with the installation of my customers worktops. It is not often your come across a high level of customer sevrice regardless of order value. I will certainly be using you again when orderering producst on behalf of customers. When we had the leak with the tap on Friday my heart sank & I feared all sorts of issues – having bought the items by “remote” so to speak.
