Delivery
Delivery is to any mainland UK address. If you live in the The Highlands, Channel Islands, Ireland, Isle of Man or any other Uk non mainland area, please contact us for delivery charges. We aim to despatch your order to you within 5 working days from date of order. However, certain special order items may take up to 10 working days from date of order.
Deliveries are carried out by our transport, independent carriers or by the manufacturers themselves. Some orders may be delivered in more than one drop.
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to deliver promptly and within the expected time frame, there maybe situations beyond our control which we cannot be held responsible for. We will make every effort to keep you informed as soon as we are made aware of any situation that will effect your delivery.
Delivery charges
Our standard delivery charge is £10.00 for stainless steel sinks, taps and accessories, to the UK Mainland. For other items especially fragile items like granite sinks and cermic sinks and for other areas the delivery charge can be seen by adding your product to basket, this will direct you to your cart page, under estimate shipping, please complete the country and/or post code fields and select get quote. This amount will then be added automatically to your total order value.

EUROPE
Deliveries to areas in Europe (ouside the UK) are possible but please contact us for the delivery times and rates on 0845 053 5431 Please note we can not deliver granite, ceramic or glass sinks to any country outside the UK Mainland.
USA & CANADA
For countries such as USA we are able to deliver to your chosen shipping agent (or we can recommend a shipping agent) for forward transit from them. Please note Kitchen Sinks & Taps Direct’s liability finishes when the product you have ordered is with your shipping agent.
Inspection
Please inspect the delivered items as soon as possible after delivery. Any damage or fault/problem with the order must be reported to us, by phone or e mail within 48 hours of delivery, any claim for damages, faults or problems after this time will not be considered. This does not relate to any fault\problem found later that could not be seen easily on a reasonable initial inspection. This does not affect your guarantee or statutory rights
